This profile lives in this browser and nowhere else. There is no account and no password, nothing is uploaded, and GV Mediatech cannot see it — it is a place to keep your own details straight and to have them to hand when a brand asks. Clearing your browser data, switching to another browser or picking up a different phone means starting again, unless you keep a backup.
The backup is a small file you can keep in your email or cloud drive. Restoring it replaces whatever is on this device.
Signing off removes this profile from this browser — it offers you the backup first. The invoice tool keeps its own separate profile and is not touched.
