This is exactly what the brand receives.Status looks after itself. Saving an invoice issues it, so it lands here as Awaiting payment and counts towards what you are owed. It turns Overdue on its own the day after the due date, and becomes Part paid then Paid as you record the money against it. Still working on one? Use Save as draft in the builder, or open an invoice and press Move back to draft — a draft is out of your outstanding total and nothing chases it.

This is the “from” block on every invoice. Fill it once.
Documents
Optional, and only for us. A PAN card is what lets a brand deduct TDS against your PAN instead of the higher no-PAN rate, and an invoice you already use tells us the format you are happy with. Neither is ever printed on an invoice or shown to a brand.
Images only — photograph it or screenshot it; a PDF cannot be stored here yet. Whatever you add is shrunk on this device before it is saved, and you can remove it whenever you like.
Who you invoice as
Bill through more than one entity — an HUF, a GST-registered firm, a consultancy. The one you pick on an invoice supplies the name, address, PAN and GSTIN on it, and therefore whether GST is charged. Leave this empty and every invoice uses the “You” details above.
How you get paid
Printed on every invoice, so nobody has to ask for it on WhatsApp. Save up to five accounts — the default goes on new invoices, and each invoice can switch to another or carry one-off details. If GV Mediatech has your payment details on file, they appear here as a locked account and are what our invoices carry — message us to change those.
